1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BePrime (beprime.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of BePrime after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

BePrime is a free, AI-enhanced course curation and recommendation platform. We aggregate, review, and rate personal growth and professional development courses from six third-party platforms: Mindvalley, MasterClass, Gaia, MentorShow, BBC Maestro, and Studio.

BePrime does not sell courses directly. We provide curated information, independent BePrime Reviews (rated 1–10), comparison tools, Growth Stack building, free webinar alerts, and an AI Growth Expert chatbot. When you choose to enrol in a course, you are redirected to the respective platform's website where the transaction takes place entirely between you and that platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use BePrime. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts & Local Data

BePrime does not require user registration or account creation. Your Growth Stack selections, course comparison state, and theme preferences are stored locally in your browser via localStorage and are never transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data will permanently reset this information.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored securely by MailerLite (our email service provider) and is used solely for sending you updates about course deals, new programs, and free webinars. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

When using BePrime, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
• Impersonate BePrime, our team, or any other person or entity
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt

6. Affiliate Links & Monetisation

BePrime contains affiliate links to the platforms listed above. When you click an outbound link and subsequently subscribe or purchase a course, we may earn a referral commission at no additional cost to you. You pay the same price as if you had visited the platform directly.

Affiliate relationships never influence our BePrime Review ratings, recommendations, or editorial content. Our reviews are produced independently using consistent criteria: content quality, instructor expertise, practical applicability, and transformation potential. 7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

BePrime relies on the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics (GA4): Used for anonymous, aggregated website usage analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve the platform.
• MailerLite: Used to manage our email newsletter. Your email is shared with MailerLite only if you voluntarily subscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Tally.so: Powers our embedded contact form. Data you submit through the contact form is processed by Tally.so according to their privacy policy.
• Railway (Amsterdam, EU): Our application is hosted on Railway's infrastructure in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. All server-side processing occurs within the European Union.
• Anthropic (Claude): Our AI Growth Expert uses Anthropic's Claude model to generate personalised course recommendations. Conversations are processed by Anthropic to generate responses but are not stored on BePrime's servers.

By using BePrime, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services where applicable.

8. AI Growth Expert Disclaimer

The AI Growth Expert is an AI-powered assistant that provides course recommendations based on our curated catalogue of 430+ courses. While we strive for accuracy, its suggestions should not be considered professional medical, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, finances, or wellbeing. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Use AI recommendations as a helpful starting point, not as definitive guidance.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

BePrime provides recommendations based on extensive research and independent curation. However, we make no warranties — expressed or implied — regarding specific outcomes from any course. Individual results vary significantly based on effort, consistency, personal circumstances, prior experience, and learning style.

Testimonials, transformation stories, or claims made by course platforms represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed or typical results.

10. Intellectual Property

All BePrime-originated content — including BePrime Reviews, ratings, Growth Stack designs, editorial copy, AI prompt engineering, and website design — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.

Course names, instructor names, descriptions, images, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective platforms and rights holders. We reference these under fair-use principles for informational and review purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

BePrime is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BePrime and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any course you purchase through our affiliate links
• Reliance on information provided by BePrime or the AI Growth Expert
• Actions or omissions of third-party platforms or service providers
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BePrime and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state legislation, given our hosting in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of BePrime after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
