BePrime ("we", "our", "us") operates the website beprime.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, which third-party services process your data, and your rights. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data responsibly.

2. Data Controller & Hosting

BePrime is hosted on Railway infrastructure located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (EU). All server-side processing and data transit occurs within the European Union, which provides strong data-protection standards under the GDPR.

3. Information We Collect

a. Analytics Data (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use BePrime. GA4 collects anonymised, aggregated data such as pages visited, session duration, geographic region (country level), device type, and referral source. GA4 may set cookies on your browser - see our Cookie Policy for details.

Google processes this data according to their Privacy Policy. We do not enable Google Signals, remarketing, or advertising features.

b. Browser Local Storage

Your Growth Stack selections, course comparison state, and dark/light theme preference are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to BePrime or any third-party server.

c. Newsletter Email (MailerLite)

If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address via MailerLite, an EU-compliant email marketing platform. MailerLite stores your email securely and processes it according to their Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by contacting us.

d. Contact Form (Tally.so)

Our contact page uses an embedded form powered by Tally.so. When you submit the contact form, the data you provide (name, email, message) is processed by Tally.so according to their Privacy Policy. Tally.so is GDPR-compliant and stores data in the EU.

e. AI Growth Expert Conversations (Anthropic)

If you use the AI Growth Expert, your conversation is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We do not store conversation history on our servers. Anthropic may process conversation data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our course curation, stack-building, and AI recommendation features
• To understand platform usage patterns via anonymised analytics (Google Analytics)
• To send newsletters about new courses, features, and growth tips (only if you opt in via MailerLite)
• To respond to your enquiries submitted via the Tally.so contact form

5. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Platforms

BePrime contains affiliate links to Mindvalley, MasterClass, Gaia, MentorShow, and BBC Maestro. When you click an affiliate link, the destination platform may set their own cookies and collect data to track the referral. We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party platforms. We encourage you to review each platform's privacy policy before subscribing.

6. Cookies

7. Data Retention

• Analytics data: Retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
• Newsletter emails: Retained in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Contact form submissions: Retained in Tally.so until we delete them or upon your request.
• Local storage data: Remains on your device until you clear your browser data.
• AI conversations: Not stored on BePrime servers. Anthropic's retention policies apply.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above (Google Analytics, MailerLite, Tally.so, Anthropic) strictly for the purposes described. No data is shared with advertisers.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of data we hold about you
• Rectification - correct inaccurate data
• Erasure - request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction - limit how we process your data
• Portability - receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent (e.g. newsletter)

10. Children's Privacy

We use HTTPS encryption for all connections. Our hosting on Railway (Amsterdam, EU) includes security measures such as automated deployments, environment variable encryption, and network isolation. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

13. International Data Transfers

BePrime is hosted within the European Union (Amsterdam, NL). Some third-party services (Google Analytics, Anthropic) may process data outside the EU. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions as required by GDPR.
